The India Island Academy, based in Birmingham, has been honoured with the incredible opportunity to perform at the Diwali Fest at Disney World in Orlando in October 2026. Being selected to represent the community on such a prestigious international stage is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the students and team.

This invitation is not only a celebration of their dedication to Indian arts, but also a chance to showcase Indian culture and talent to a global audience celebrating the Diwali festival of lights. It is a proud moment for the academy, the families, and the wider community.

To make this dream a reality, i am seeking support to help cover travel, accommodation, and performance-related expenses for the team. Every contribution—no matter how small—will bring them one step closer to representing Birmingham and sharing the beauty of Indian arts at this world-renowned event at Walt DIsney for Diwali 2026.

**Important notes**

* We need a minimum of 15 potential and talented dancers to make this stage performance possible.

* The minimum requirement per performer is £2,000

(breakdown: £1,200 for accommodation + £800 for travel).

* We are aiming to raise £25,000 to support dancers who need financial help.

* Talented dancers who can self-fund are most welcome.
