Hello all!

Thanks so much for taking the time to check out my GoFundMe me page. In order to not make this a book I will try to be brief and as transparent as possible. In short my ex wife wants to take my son from me and move him to North Carolina. Not close to any family or even a major city. That's over 1,000 miles away from his dad. As you can imagine I am not okay with this. As a dad who loves his son dearly. I have done everything in my power to a part of his life since he was born. I have never nor will I be an absent father in my sons life. He needs his dad. God designed it that way. Current statistics of the mental health troubles and so many more issues can be attributed to absent fathers in the home. I can no longer do this on my own. I need your help. It's unfortunate I have to hire a lawyer. I am doing this to protect my relationship with my son. As a dad who's never missed a time with my son or ever been late on child support payments. It's Important to me that I fight for my son. This is important to know, my son has made it known to me that he does not want to live in North Carolina. He has his cousins, his school his grandfather and uncle and aunt here in Texas. Not to mention the friends he's made at school. I think we can all agree that socialization and making friends is a huge part of growing up. He won't have that in a remote part of North Carolina. I need your help to make this possible. I am in need of funds to help protect the relationship of a father with his son. You can make this possible my donating to this cause. Any amount helps. I am trying to find a part time job to help pay for this. I cannot afford this on my current budget. I am currently paying $1,100 a month in child support and I am already stretched thin. I am looking for a part time job that can help with this as well. So know, I am doing all I can to raise the money. Please help my son stay in Texas. Thank you. May God bless.
