Dear homeowners at Hyde Beach House,

We hope you and your families are doing well during these unprecedented times. We understand many of you have been enduring great financial hardship due to COVID-19 and our intention is to help our fellow owners in whichever way is possible.

This GoFundMe was created because “we, the owners” feel like we are not being fairly represented by our current Board of Directors and we need your contributions to hire legal counsel. The board of directors has been unresponsive to our numerous emails therefore we must retain legal counsel.

All funds will be used exclusively for legal representation purposes.
