Many of you know my grandparents, Hazel and Bob Suedes. They ran Meadows Acres Greenhouse for years — or maybe my grandma taught you nursing, or my grandpa taught you economics!
Hazel is now in a nursing home, and with insurance covering very little, we’re paying a large amount out-of-pocket for her care. She has assets we’re working to sell, to hopefully get Medicaid, including the greenhouse property, but some repairs need to be done first before we can list it.
While we are working on this, we are struggling with costs — it’s a big job, and has become more than our family can manage alone.
Whether anyone has the time to help clean up the property, or if you’re able to donate, it would mean the world to us. If you would like to help us clean up, please reach out. We can provide snacks, cold drinks, and endless gratitude.
Thank you so much to anyone who can help or share this.
