From Mike of Mike's Weather Page: "Went to coastal Pinellas County a couple weeks ago to check on damages still from Helene and Milton. As I was leaving Bay Pines I met Chris. He was walking by me on his way back to his boat. Not sure why we crossed paths but I believe it was for a reason. He told me his story of survival during Milton. Losing everything.
