Hurly Burly Fundraiser for Queer Cafe

Queer Cafe is an inclusive community meet up group that focuses on bringing together queer people and allies through monthly events and pride celebrations. Life in the North is difficult for many marginalized people. Through creating free or affordable events that cater to all ages, sober and non-sober, our gatherings provide accessible resources and kindred relationships with our Prince George community members. Queer Cafe has been successfully running public events for 4 years including;  pride picnics with live bands and food, water fights, hikes, rock climbing, kareoke, online meet-ups, lawn games, bingo, potlucks, rollerskating, online pride concert livestreaming, car parades, beach days, and monthly cafe meet ups. Due to growing interest by participants,  challenges faced by covid, and being 100% volunteer based, Queer Cafe needs our help to continue delivering these amazing programs. Please help by donating! If we reach my goal of raising $500, I pledge to twerk for 2 minutes at the Hurly Burly Halftime Show. Don't forget to get your tickets for that. It's going to be a hilarious riot!
