I am doing a bike ride from Bristol to stretham pub The Red Lion it is about 170 miles. I will be travelling down on the 22nd July and start on the 23rd July , finish on 25th July, it is going to take 3 days for this journey.

This is for my grandson who passed away, my son and Daughter in law they do a fund raiser every year for their son to help families in the same situation.

It is called Hunters Helping Hand, This is going to be a challenge for me because last year I had a heart attack. I've been told I am borderline typed two diabetes, I have been training for this and it has been so hard.

But it is going to be worth it, I hope we can raise a lot of money for this also I hope there will be a lot of people at the finish line when I get there
