My son Humberto David Mendoza, was born 2/8/22 in Barstow,CA. 2/9/22 we was airlifted from Barstow Community Hospital to CHOC- Childrens Hospital in Orange where he was diagnosed with Alveolar Capillary Dysplasia, which is a rare deadly disease with the only treatment would have been a lung transplant which the earliest age for a lung transplant is 6 months of age.

 On 3/19/22, he has a rough previous day and a rough morning, his heart was failing due to his lack of oxygen in lungs around noon we decided to remove him off the ventilator and eventually passing away 5:44pm.
