Every day, someone walks through our doors looking for hope.
At Humber Wellbeing Hub, we provide a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where children, young people, adults and families can find support when they need it most. Whether someone is struggling with their mental health, experiencing loneliness, bereavement, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or simply needs someone to listen, our doors are open.
We believe that no one should have to face life's challenges alone.
Over the past year, we have supported hundreds of people through one-to-one wellbeing sessions, peer support groups, therapeutic activities, wellbeing walks, art and creative sessions, community events, and drop-in support. We are committed to helping people build resilience, reduce isolation, and improve their mental wellbeing before they reach crisis point.
As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we rely heavily on grants, fundraising, and the kindness of our community to keep our services running. The demand for support continues to grow, but funding is becoming increasingly difficult to secure.
Your donation, no matter how big or small, will help us to:
* Keep our doors open for those who need us.
* Provide free mental health and wellbeing support.
* Deliver suicide prevention and self-harm awareness initiatives.
* Run support groups, creative therapies and wellbeing activities.
* Purchase essential resources and materials.
* Train volunteers so they can safely support our community.
* Reach more people who may otherwise struggle alone.
Every pound donated will directly help us continue providing life-changing support to people across our community.
Together, we can create a place where people feel heard, valued, supported, and never alone.
From everyone at Humber Wellbeing Hub, thank you for believing in what we do and for helping us continue making a difference in people's lives.
