Supporting Dylan’s kids (edited)
Donation protected
Update:
It is with heavy heart that I share Dad passed away peacefully this morning, May 29, less than a year of being diagnosed with cancer. We have deeply appreciated everyone's support, which helped significantly to getting him out of the hospital and into a welcoming home staffed by attentive caregivers.
He leaves behind three kids: Kathryn (33), Aria (15) and Colby (12). He is also survived by his mom, Barbara, and brother Aaron.
We will keep this GoFundMe live, but with the revised goal of raising funds to support Aria and Colby.

Giving Dad comfort and dignity for his final months
My Dad, Dylan, has made the difficult choice to stop cancer treatment and enter hospice care. With doctors estimating he has less than a few months, we are focused on making his final days as comfortable as possible.
It’s been a challenging search — navigating the painful realities of being just sick enough to qualify for admission. We have found a couple places that seem promising, offering sunlight, compassionate caregivers, and greenery.
We’re looking to raise funds to give Dad a proper send-off.
How your support will help
Immediate needs: Hospice care and boarding costs for the coming months and anything that will make this whole thing a bit more bearable.
Family time: Travel costs to get the sprawling family together in LA from Sydney, San Francisco, and Massachusetts.
Future stuff: Any funds beyond these immediate needs will be set aside for celebrations of Dylan’s life, plus supporting the two kids.
Whatever the amount you can donate, your generosity is extremely appreciated. We can’t offer gifts on this platform, but know that his famed collection of tennis rackets will need a new home.
Finally, please reach out if you are interested in visiting / calling. And I'm happy to answer any questions.
Thank you for helping ensure Dad’s final chapter includes the people he loves and the comfort he needs.
With love and gratitude,
Kathryn on behalf of Dylan’s family
