Hughes Legal Defense Fund

For the past 3 years I have had to represent myself in civil court, as I fight to regain custody of my 2 children. As I hopefully approach the final steps of this 10 year fight I have started a gofundme to raise funds for legal expense for mediation and an upcoming trial.

All funds raised will be only for court costs, legal fees and related expenses. Any unused funds will be divided evenly and refunded to donors.

Should there be any monetary awards those will be used to proportionally refund donors, with the intent of paying everyone back.

Donors should be aware that is possible that rulings may not go in our favor and in such circumstances it may become impossible to reimburse donations.
