Hi all

I’ve set myself & my lovely husband the challenge of doing the Yorkshire 3 peaks to raise money for hug on a tray.

Last year my beautiful mum was diagnosed with cancer after a long stretch in Bradford hospital she then moved on to St James hospital in Leeds for a bone marrow transplant. Hug on a tray charity pay for all the tvs on the haematology wards Bexley wing & every week provide free drinks and snacks to all patients & family members. My mum ended up being in hospital at Christmas & the hug on a tray ladies went in and took beautiful home made bags in for all the patients with socks, toothbrush, words search, coffee, tea and chocolates. Some people unfortunately don’t have family that are going through such a scary time so to receive these gifts every week is just amazing.

My mum has a long way to go but is recovering well. I really would love to raise some money for this great charity.
