Hudson Paule's Eagle Scout Project
Donation protected
Hello Friends and Family-
I am Hudson Paule, a Life Scout in Troop 384. I have been in scouting for the last 9 years. I am now working on my Eagle Scout Service Project to benefit the San Jacinto Wetlands Reserve.
I will be leading a group of Scouts in building a birdwatching platform with a bird blind and bench. When birds see the movement of a large group of birdwatchers, they can be easily startled and fly away. The bird blind obstructs the movement of the birdwatchers, while also allowing for easy observation. The wetlands reserve is managed by Eastern Municipal Water District and is home to more than 120 species of birds and offers a lush habitat for migratory fowl, shore birds, and raptors along the Pacific Flyway.
EMWD has an entire education center and program for elementary school children throughout the valley providing opportunities for students to learn about and observe these unique birds and wildlife.
You can help me achieve this goal by considering a contribution to this effort.
