Guardian Ad Litem and Vehicle
Hello-
After what seemed like an amicable divorce with 50/50 custody and placement and custody of our two children, my ex-husband blindsided my now family of six (my husband and our two children together) by pushing for primary placement and custody of my oldest two.
my ex-husband has money... lots of it. And he is doing this to fight the state-enforced child support that he pays. So, he hired an attorney to find any avenue he can, using our oldest’s Autism as a weapon to why he should only be at one household most of the year.
Meanwhile, my husband and I have done everything we could to working towards providing for the family in every way we can.
The court fees and the cost of a GAL is a sudden and terrible burden for us to worry about along with the stress of the trial as it is.
I have not reached out for help
like this before... but I have no other option. Any and all help would be so appreciated. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to help us keep our family together.
