Every year, around 100 children from across the North East and Cumbria are diagnosed with cancer and come to the Great North Children's Hospital in Newcastle for treatment. It's a difficult time for these young patients and their families, but Children's Cancer North is dedicated to making their lives better. They aim to transform the environment and play experience on the wards, provide access to potentially life-saving clinical trials, and fund revolutionary research to find more effective treatments.

The HR Shared Services Team at Balfour Beatty is supporting this amazing local charity and aiming to raise £1000 throughout 2025. All money raised will go directly to the charity to support the work they do.

The team will be raising money through varies activities throughout the year.
