Highland Regional High School will be installing an honorarium and memorial for its graduates who have enlisted and served in the Armed Forces. The tribute, on which construction will begin in the spring of 2016, will feature the names of these individuals.
The money donated will help fund the construction of this memorial. The tribute is designed to be located on a public area on Highland's property, where people can interact and see who has served the country. Upon completion, a dedication ceremony will be held for all members of the community to attend (tentatively scheduled for November of 2016).
Any contributor will have a marker indicating that they have donated, based on the following tiers: Bronze ($75-$149): name engraved on a paver in the memorial; Silver ($150-$499): name engraved in a plaque; Gold ($500-$999): name engraved in a plaque; Platinum ($1000+): name illuminated on the sitting wall (up to eight total).
