• The roof is 45 years old, countless patches, missing tiles and new leaks yearly ($125,000 Benton Roofing Quote).

• The backyard retaining walls are mostly rotted & at risk of failure ($75,000 Torres Concrete).

• ΣAE Dick Lareau, ΣAE House Architect wanted to make the Epsilon Eta Room a Trophy Room before his passing. We'd like to make his dream come true, and fill the EE Room with History, Trophies, ΣAE Memorabilia, and Electronic Picture Frames. ($50,000 Sanchez Construction, plus free design & work by Michael Matson (Mad Dog) and Gary Losey).
