Family member in need of help

Dear Family and Friends

My cousin is in need of your help, She has been contacted by UCSD hospital for approval of a much needed surgery to save her life. She has a condition called CTEPH chronic thrombo embolic pulmonary hypertension

and if not cured by surgery can ruin the right side of her heart and cause heart failure. I am asking for monetary donations so she may get to San Diego and stay there for about 3 weeks. I would be so grateful and appreciative for all your help.
