Hi everyone my name is Jacob and I have a brother who is 4 years old and a sister who is 10 years old. My mom is 34 years old and is a single mother of 3. She is currently struggling with how to get a Job. We are currently living with my grandmother and my paralyzed uncle. I take care of my paralyzed uncle and grandmother. We cannot afford food, clothes or even a Home for ourselves. Every donation will really help us a lot and it will give a great start on the ground.
