Jaycees Christmas Shopping Tour

The Monroe Jaycees solicit all Ouachita Parish elementary schools (Ouachita Parish Schools, Monroe City Schools, and privately funded) for a minimum of 5 underprivileged children to be eligible for the Christmas Shopping Tour. The children who choose to accept the Monroe Jaycees invitation (the exact number is based on the total fund availability) are then given $75.00 to spend on anything they choose in the Monroe, LA Wal-Mart Super Center. Each child has a volunteer adult escort to assist in their shopping spree.
