It started with me sending first responders a much needed hot meal in Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital twice. They were working around the clock with very little time to enjoy a home-cooked meal. Then I moved on to Lincoln Hospital where I also had friends working in the emergency room. They were very grateful to enjoy a meal cooked by a local business.

Jacobi Hospital (being the trauma center of the Bronx) has 100 emergency workers who have dedicated their time and effort to help the people afflicted by this virus in the Bronx.  One young man has yet to go home to meet and hold his newborn. They will be receiving a hot dinner this Wednesday thanks to funds I have received from family and friends.

I am now starting this gofundme so that we can provide hot meals to more emergency room hospitals throughout the Bronx. It rejuvenates the healthcare workers and is a small token to show that we appreciate them. It will also give the opportunity to support the local restaurants.

I will coordinate sending out meals on behalf of each person who can contribute.
