We are the Hopkins High School ProPEL (Professionals Providing Experiences for Life) class, and we're raising money to provide "Essential Bins" for families in our community who are transitioning out of homelessness, emergency shelters, or other unstable housing situations.

Part of ProPEL is developing project management skills through actually doing a project. As a class, we decided to fundraise for and create 'Essential Bins' to be donated to United Way for families transitioning their housing.

We are doing a number of events within our school to help us reach our fundraising goals, but thought we would engage our local communities as well.
