Hope Youth Corps Service Trip

Hi, my name is Kayla Gooden, and I am a junior in high school. This year I have been selected to take part in an amazing opportunity to serve in a HOPE Youth Corps in Dallas,Texas.

During my time in Dallas I will be able to volunteer my services at local community centers. I will be able to serve children from the inner cities of Dallas by being a mentor to the students and build strong relationships with them.

Having this chance to learn new skills while helping those in need here in the US is exciting and I cannot wait! I will get to serve others, and meet others who love to serve also. I want to take every opportunity to build my character and make a lasting impact on the community I am going to visit. I am so grateful for your support in this process leading up to this service trip and no amount is too small.
