May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and I’m proud to partner with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention for their A Million in May campaign. This cause matters to me because every person deserves to feel seen and supported, especially during their darkest moments. By coming together we can turn hope into life-saving action through research, education, advocacy, and programs that remind people they are not alone.
AFSP funds scientific research that leads to better prevention and treatments, educates communities to reduce stigma, advocates for stronger mental health policies, and supports survivors and those affected by suicide. I believe these efforts change lives. When we invest in understanding and compassion, we create safer communities where people can ask for help and find it.
Thank you for being part of this community and for showing up for each other. Your support, in any amount, helps expand programs, advance research, and reach people who need support most. Please join me in supporting AFSP so together we can bring hope, save lives, and show everyone that they matter. Donate today and make a difference.
