In Australia alone, 1,724 babies are stillborn each year, 700 pass away in the days or weeks after birth, and an estimated 103,688 pregnancies end in miscarriage. These statistics are more than just numbers—they represent the unimaginable pain endured by countless parents.

Last year, my partner and I personally faced this devastating reality with the loss of our second-trimester baby, lovingly named "Teddy." What struck us most was the outpouring of support from hundreds of parents who, like us, had suffered in silence, thinking they were alone in their grief.

As Teddy's due date approaches (February 17th), I am compelled to try make a difference—not just in his memory, but for all the heavenly babies and the parents who bear the weight of their loss.
