We are James and Cecilia Langston, founders of Pilgrim Outreach Ministries International. For over two decades, we have carried a simple yet profound mission: to serve the least, the lost, and the overlooked with the love of Christ.

Today, living boots-on-the-ground in the Philippines, we are confronted daily with staggering needs—children who cannot afford to go to school, families with no access to medical care, communities with no local church, and villages hungering for revival but lacking even a tent to gather under.

We cannot do this alone. That is why we are reaching out with a heartfelt request for your support.

Our Story

James is a retired U.S. Naval officer. After decades of service to our nation, he and his wife, Cecilia, answered God’s call to serve full-time in global missions. Leaving behind the comforts of home, we moved to the Philippines to establish a ministry that is present, active, and committed to bringing transformation in both body and soul.

Every day we witness heartbreaking realities—malnourished children, sick mothers carrying infants for miles to reach the nearest doctor, teenagers who leave school too early because their families cannot afford uniforms or food, and villages with no spiritual center to anchor them.

Yet, in the midst of these struggles, we also see incredible hope. We see children who light up when handed a schoolbook, families who break into tears when given medicine, and communities that gather joyfully in open fields for prayer and revival.

Our Goal: $169,000

We have set a fundraising goal of $169,000 to meet urgent and ongoing needs in our ministry. Every dollar is designated, transparent, and targeted toward life-changing projects:

$29,000 — Building a Church: A permanent house of worship for a growing community where families can gather, learn, and thrive spiritually.

$36,000 — Sponsoring Education (30 Children, K-12, per year): Covering tuition, uniforms, transportation, school supplies, and daily meals, ensuring no child is forced to drop out because of poverty.

$52,000 — Medical & Dental Van: Bringing healthcare to remote villages where hospitals are hours away and preventive care is nonexistent. This van will serve thousands each year.

$28,000 — Outdoor Tent for Revival Meetings: A durable, weather-resistant tent for large gatherings, evangelistic meetings, and relief distribution during storms and crises.

$24,000 — Completion of Ongoing Projects: Covering construction, ministry expansion, and critical operational needs already in progress.
