Hope for the Hall’s: Venture Through In Vitro

Dear friends, family, and compassionate souls, I come to you today with a plea close to my heart. My best friend Rhea and her loving husband Chad have embarked on a journey filled with hope, determination, and unwavering love—the journey to bring a precious life into this world. However, their path to parenthood has been met with unforeseen challenges, as they grapple with the complexities of infertility. As you can imagine, the costs associated with this process can be overwhelming, and they are seeking your support to fulfill their dream of welcoming a child into their lives. I've witnessed their unwavering commitment to one another over the last 21 years and their dream of starting a family. Anyone who knows them would say that they would make incredible parents. In fact, they are God-parents to many children because of their kind hearts and playful nature. They do so much for those in need and always take the time and energy to help friends, family, and strangers without ever asking for anything in return. I have truly never met a woman with a kinder soul than my friend. Please, help this couple achieve the dream of having a family. Any child would be incredibly lucky to be raised by these two loving couples in a home of faith, where love, prayer, and hope are the foundation of their daily lives. Let’s rally together as a community and offer our support in turning their dream into a beautiful reality. Your generosity will not only alleviate the financial stress they face but also fill their hearts with renewed hope and optimism. Every donation, no matter how small, brings them one step closer to welcoming a precious life into their home. Please join us in making their dream come true. Your kindness and support will forever be etched in their hearts and the lives of their future child. – Crystal (best friend)

Testimonies from nieces and nephews:

"I always saw my Auntie and Uncle as the perfect parents, they would always be seen with friends and kids. Taking care of them, and providing for them, they were always great with them and me. It made me wonder why they didn’t have kids of their own yet. When I heard the unfortunate news that they were having trouble trying to have kids I thought it was absurd. They are so great with children. My Aunt is a strict but fair parental model. My Uncle is protective and so much fun. If I ever have children of my own I would trust 3 people, my own Mother, my Auntie, and my Uncle. Thank you both for all you do for the children around you, love you." - Matthew, Newphew/God's baby (17yrs old).

“Uncle Chad and Auntie Rhea would make such good parents because they take us out all the time, they’re funny, they travel and visit all their loved ones all the time, they have a nice house, they give great gifts and cards, and they have the biggest hearts!” -Sanaia, God baby (8yrs old)

“Growing up Auntie Rhea and Uncle Chad were always like second parent figures in my life. They have always been there for me when I needed them and supported me in every way possible. They would make amazing parents because of their drive and passion to care for everyone around them! Without them in my life I wouldn’t have the foundation to be the good person that I am today. Love them so much.” - Alerick, nephew (22 yrs. old)

"My Aunt Rhea and Uncle Chad are fun and nice. We get Boba together and I like doing funny things with them. The funny things are the best part. They take me to see and meet all my family. I love them so much and they love me too." - Riley, God baby (9 yrs. old)

“I love being y’all’s niece, having crazy fun sleepovers, and more to even describe. I finally found a good passion for landscape photography and more for art. Y’all would make amazing parents your kids would love to hike with y’all and maybe also find a passion for photography just seeing you and your amazing art. And you never know Uncle Chad could teach them how to bust out some good dance moves. But overall y’all are the best aunt and uncle anyone could ever ask for and y’all would make amazing parents!” - Kendall Rae, niece/God baby (11 yrs. old)

“You may know them as Chad Hall, and Rhea Hall, but I know them as Tio Chad and Tia Rhea. Tio and Tia are Uncle and Aunt in Spanish. And they really live up to that title. They might live in a different state than me, but they still show how much they love me with calls and texts. When I do see them, they make sure to know everything that’s going on in my life, they always find a way to make me laugh. I know when they have a child to call their own, that child will never run out of love. I know Tio Chad and Tia Rhea will make the most amazing parents ever!” -Eliana Ronding, niece (14 yrs. old)

“Being a nephew to y’all has been nothing but amazing and couldn’t be more grateful to that title. I appreciate the love, the laughs, and all the time we’ve spent together. We are strong and y’all instilled in us that our Faith makes us stronger.”- CJ, nephew (20 yrs. old)

“My Auntie Rhea and Uncle Chad are the best because they always play fun games with me. They make me laugh because they are silly. They always bring people together and cook good food.” – Ben, nephew/ God baby (7 yrs. old)

“Hi, my name is Jonathan Love. I am the nephew of Chad and Rhea Hall. Since the time that they have been my aunt and uncle, they have given everyone around them love, compassion, and a great time to be around. They supported me through all my life events whether it was school, sports, or life in general. They were always cheerful, and they gave supportive criticism for how I could grow up to be a leader. I love the times we spent together, and I would like to thank them for the things they have bought me.” – Jonathan Love, nephew (18 yrs. Old)

"Hi, my name is Madison Love. I am their niece. My aunt Rhea and Uncle Chad have always been there for their nieces and nephews from showing up to games and tournaments when we know that they have other things going on or simply spending time with one another and getting boba. No matter how far or how long they have been up they are always down to do some type of task or game with us. Every time they are down it's a tradition now to play blackout and it's so fun because we could be anywhere, and we would still find a way to play. Some of my favorite memories have been with my aunt and uncle spending a week of summer at their house in Austin when me and my brother were little. When we were down there, they taught us how to cook and how to get out of our comfort zones because if it was just me there is no way I would have tried some of the foods that I now like. They have a special way of teaching you how to do things like swimming, driving, or doing other things to where it's fun but makes you get it done and I think that would make them good parents. Another thing that would make them good parents is that they keep God at the center of everything they do so they are always praying and helping other people." - Madison, niece (16 years old)

"Growing up around my auntie and uncle has continuously been filled with moments of love and nurture. They both have been a second set of parents and parental figures apart from my own. There is no doubt in my mind that they wouldn’t be an amazing set of parents." - Isaiah, nephew (19 years old)

Messages from loved ones:

I don’t know two people more deserving of the gift of children than my sister and brother-in-love. The love, time, and dedication they’ve poured into all 6 nephews, 2 nieces, countless God babies, besties kids, and all the church kiddos have blessed us all and it is no small feat. When taking care of all the villages around them no one could tell they weren’t their children, they treated every child as if their own. No matter the results, these two are already parents in our eyes and in their hearts. They started their fertility journey when they got married in 2012 and my sister found out she had some fertility issues. Several surgeries and procedures later it’s looking like IVF is their best option. I know their faith will carry them through this journey like always. The way they carry the burdens of their loved ones we’d like to give back a little and help carry the financial burden. Please help us help them. -Richelle (sister)

My kids hit the jackpot in the aunt and uncle field with their Uncle Chad and Aunt Rhea. I always knew when I had kids, I wanted them to have a special bond with my brothers and their wives. I just didn’t know how special and strong that bond would be. Chad and Rhea have been a constant source of support and one of my kid’s biggest cheerleaders. The love they have for my kids mirrors that of the love my husband and I have for them as their parents. They never miss a beat when it comes to praying for them, calling them, and of course, spoiling them. When they moved back to California, I was worried about the bond they had formed since the kids were born, but boy was I wrong. Chad and Rhea make sure the kids send them schedules for all their activities so they can plan trips to come and support them. I could go on and on about how blessed my kids have been by having the love and support of their Uncle Chad and Aunt Rhea, however, I will end by saying this, if any two people deserve all the world has to offer it would be Chand and Rhea. All kids need an Uncle Chad and an Aunt Rhea in their lives. – Chasitdy (sister)

Hello to All! My name is Channon Hall and I have 4 lovely kiddos that I am super proud of every day!! The saying goes "It takes a Village ". A huge part of my kid's village is their Uncle and Auntie Chad and Rhea Hall, my brother and sister! God always has a plan and has perfectly placed them in the lives of several who are blessed by these 2 daily. They would be a huge blessing to anyone in their presence and whoever could be a blessing to those who are and will be a blessing to others I pray will be blessed! So proud to call you family. - Channon (brother)

Finding words worthy enough to describe the beautiful souls that Chad and Rhea carry will be hard but here we go. Rhea and Chad are my cousins and also the Godparents to my daughter Riley. My family and I couldn't have been more blessed to have them both in our lives. The love they give, the care that they take and the dedication they show to everyone regardless of whether they've known them their entire life or just met you five minutes ago is absolutely admirable. These two will give you the shirt off their backs if they feel you need it more than they do. I can't think of any two people more deserving of being able to create a family of their own than Chad and Rhea are. Thank you for loving us! -Schuyler (cousin)

My friends Mrs. Rhea and Mr. Chad Hall, a couple that I've been privileged to have known, loved, and admired for over 20 years, need the kind of help that would allow them to increase their chances for one of the greatest gifts that are given to us on this earth. The Halls have been working tirelessly to have a child naturally through various methods for years, only to be let down again and again, leaving their hearts heavy with disappointment each time. After going through the roller coaster of hope and dismay from trying to conceive through different methods, the couple now feel that IVF is their best course of action. However, as many of you may know, the treatment costs for IVF are unreasonably high, so this couple needs any help that would allow them to welcome a child into their already beautiful family. As their friend of many, many years, I can't think of any couple that is more deserving than these two when it comes to having a baby that they can call their own. Any individuals that are as nurturing, community-oriented, and giving as these two. So, any and all donations that would help make their dreams of motherhood and fatherhood come true are so welcomed and appreciated!

I’m not big on words so I will keep it short and simple. Thank you, guys, for always being there for my family. I know that if the two of you are in town not expect my kids to be home because they will always choose to be where you are, lol. This just speaks to how special you are to them and how much you love them and for that Chasitdy and I are thankful. – Steven (Brother)

We pray that God and the Universe bless you with the opportunity to conceive children and experience all the joys that come along with that process. You and Chad are the upmost deserving couple to bring new life into this world and by the grace of God, he will provide you with your own offspring. You both have so much to offer and with such amazing hearts, kindness, and faith, you will be gifted by His touch! I know your patience in this journey will pay off in the end so keep following His path and direction towards that goal. Amen! – Michelle (best friend)

My brother-in-law and sister-in-law are on the path of starting a family. They are two amazing people who have gone above and beyond for my sons and daughter…part of the village that has helped nurture and care for them to help them be who they are today and continue to instill in them those beliefs and values. We love you Chad and Rhea! – Marivel (sister)
