Hi my name is Ma Cheque Nales. Our dear friends Jessim Alaban and Jhoi Bactol-Alaban started to build a family here in Ireland few years ago. They were blessed with 2 beautiful daughters Sophia, 4 years old and Sapphira (Ry-Ry) 2 years old. A happy and God-fearing young family is now experiencing a difficult test of faith.

Ryry has recently been diagnosed with ANCA Vasculitis, an extremely rare autoimmune disease, especially in children her age. This condition causes the body’s immune system to mistakenly attack its own blood vessels, leading to severe inflammation and damage to vital organs. In Ry-Ry's case, the disease has severely affected her kidneys, leading to kidney failure.

At just 2 years old, little Ry-Ry should be spending her days playing, laughing and exploring the world. Instead, Ry-Ry and her family are facing a life-changing diagnosis that no parent ever expects.

What should be a time filled with laughter, play, and milestones has suddenly become a journey of hospital visits, medical tests, and uncertainty for Ryry and her family.

Ryry is a bright, loving little girl who brings joy to everyone around her. Her parents are doing everything they can to stay strong for her while navigating the emotional and financial challenges that come with such a serious diagnosis. Between ongoing treatments, specialist appointments, travel to and from the hospital, and time away from work to care for their little girl, the burden is overwhelming.

We are starting this fundraiser to help ease some of that pressure so Ryry’s family can focus on what matters most — being by her side as she receives the care she needs.
