Help Josiah “Nathan” Campo Get Life-Saving Surgery

Hello friends, family, and kind strangers,

My name is Ave Marie L. Campo, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and deep hope for support. Our beloved son, Josiah Nathanael Campo — lovingly called Nathan — is in urgent need of major surgery to treat a serious medical condition: an intersphincteric fistula with abscess formation, classified as Grade II by St. James’s University Hospital.

Nathan’s Medical Journey So Far

This is not the first time Nathan has faced this painful and persistent condition. He has already undergone two surgeries to address the issue — both of which our family managed to cover on our own. Unfortunately, the problem has returned, and the doctors now recommend a more extensive procedure to ensure lasting healing and prevent further complications.

Why We’re Asking for Help

Nathan’s condition is serious, and the costs associated with his care have grown beyond what we can handle. His insurance covers only a portion of the expenses, and we are now reaching out for help to cover:

• Surgery and hospital stay

• Pre- and post-operative tests and specialist consultations

• Prescription medications and follow-up care

• Temporary lost income during recovery

Any additional funds will go toward Nathan’s long-term recovery and care.
