Miracles for Terri and G
Over a year ago, the cutest little baby boy walked back into my friend's life. He has been through things kids should never have to go through. Through lots of love and reassurance and making him feel safe and secure he has grown into the funniest and happiest little boy. He is loved so very much by so very many. Sadly, the court has ruled he is to go back to the birth parent next month against the recommendations of CPS, CASA, and his assigned attorney. The judge ruled against everyone's recommendation for termination and the adoption by Terri and family. This baby will lose the only mother that he knows and adores, his siblings, his daycare friends, and more importantly his safe home. My friend has filed an appeal and is fighting with God's help to keep this child in the only home he has known. Her role as his mother is to make sure he remains safe and in the healthiest place for his future. If you know Terri you know her reasons and why she feels this way. Many of us have prayed and prayed over this and truly believe it is in his best interest to remain with his current family, and have visits with his other family. All the funds raised will go directly to the expense of the jury trial. They have spent a large amount of money on the intervention and the first trial, so I come asking for any help you can give. Please pray over it and if you cannot give - Terri will forever be grateful for your prayers. There are only 20 days to raise the funds. I would like to challenge my friends to make a donation in honor of their children and/or grandchildren who have a safe and loving home to feel safe and loved in. May God bless each of you.
