Hope for Doug: Life-Saving Cancer Treatments

Hello, friends and compassionate supporters,

My name is Terry Ingle. My family and I come to you today with a heavy heart and a plea for help on behalf of my brother, Kenneth Douglas Ingle, also known as "Doug." Doug was born in Clearwater Florida, and was raised in South Alabama.He now lives in Bonifay Florida where he has spent most of his life. He has worked as a welder in construction out on the road most of his career to support his family. He is not only a skilled tradesman, but also a devoted husband,family man and a beloved grandfather to three precious grandchildren. With two adult children of his own, Doug's life has revolved around providing for and supporting his family.

Doug's journey has been one of dedication to both his immediate family and his extended construction family, which he has built over years of working in different areas on the road. He's been a pillar of strength and a helping hand to anyone in need. His generosity and kindness have touched the lives of many, and now, it's our turn to support him during his time of need.

Recently, Doug received the devastating diagnosis of stage 3 liver cancer. This news has turned his world upside down. Doug underwent surgery to remove his gallbladder when a mass was found and brought the much needed medical procedure to a halt. Doug was also diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver at that time. It's important to note that Doug is not a drinker, and the root cause of his condition was a fatty liver.

The road ahead is challenging, both emotionally and financially. Doug is unable to work, and the cost of cancer treatments is astronomical, well over $100,000.00. His only option now is six months of chemotherapy, a grueling process that comes with its own set of physical and emotional challenges.
