My friends from Nicaragua are documented residents of the US. These are hardworking people who went through the appropriate steps to enter the country. They clean houses and do yard work 6 days per week to make ends meet. A few weeks ago they stopped on the way to open a bank account, when the car window was smashed, the lost $3,500 and two passports as well as other personal items.

I know these folks to be good, honest people and it sickens me that they were stripped of their savings by the dirt bags who would rather steal from these people, guests in our country and state.

I am pledging $1,000 to the cause and I would love to be able to raise the money to replace what they lost. Would you help with a small contribution?
