Honoring Steven: An Education Fund for Zander and Marley

We are heartbroken to share the loss of Steven Bruce Phillips—a devoted father, husband, and career officer in the Niagara Regional Police. Steven dedicated over 15 years to serving his community with honor and compassion, always striving to make a positive impact. His commitment to others was matched only by his dedication to his children, Zander and Marley, for whom he dreamed of a bright, fulfilling future.

Steven worked tirelessly not only to protect others but also to create a promising life for his kids. His greatest wish was to see them thrive, grow, and achieve their dreams. To honor his legacy, we are establishing an education fund that will provide Zander and Marley with opportunities to succeed, carrying forward the values and love he instilled in them.
