Our family is devasted to share the unexpected passing of my brother, Edward Essue, who was taken from us far too soon at just 29 years old.

Edward was truly a ray of sunshine in the lives of everyone who knew him. He had the gentlest soul and the biggest heart. Growing up, he was a scholar, always working hard and making himself and his family proud. He loved sports and spent many years playing on multiple teams, building friendships that stayed with him throughout his life.

Edward had so many friends and family members who adored him. His kindness, warmth, and genuine spirit made people gravitate toward him. He had a way of making others feel seen, supported, and cared for.

Above all else, Edward was a devoted father. His daughter was his entire world, and he loved her more than anything. Everything he did was with her in mind, and the love he had for her was unmatched.
