Siblings Day Fundraiser Overview

The SDF foundational goal is to establish National Siblings Day, a national day of recognition for brothers and sisters, to be held annually on April 10th. It also seeks to unite and reunite siblings who may have been separated by distance, by circumstance, by birth and adoption or interpersonal familial issues.
If your siblings are your best friends, you are blessed. If you have lost them, we understand your pain. Siblings Day Foundation (SDF) was founded in 1995 to recognize, honor and celebrate your sibling relationships.
We need your help now to fund a new program called 2021 Siblings United designed to strengthen the bonding of siblings. Our goal is to raise $15,000 to kickstart several important new initiatives:
· Sibling-2-Sibling Support Groups – a series of interactive group sessions held virtually with psychologists and social workers to help overcome grief.
· The Sibling Rights Project – to protect rights of siblings within a family.
· Lost Sibling Registry - to help in reuniting siblings.
· Adopt-A-Sibling Program -to facilitate adoption of siblings
The Covid-19 Economic Relief bill bypassed nonprofits like the SDF. Your help will go a long way to enabling us to continue our work.
