Hi, my name is Lumi, and I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friend Jacqueline and her family during one of the most painful moments of their lives. With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we share the passing of Viorel Andrews, a beloved husband, father, and a man of deep faith, kindness, and strength. Viorel was a hard-working and devoted man who immigrated from Romania with his wife and daughter in 2002, carrying hope in his heart and faith in God as he worked tirelessly to build a better life for his family. He lived with humility, perseverance, and love, always putting his family first. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 45 years, Gabriella, and by his daughter, Jacqueline, who were his pride and joy.

Tragically, Viorel recently underwent surgery to remove a blood clot from his brain, but the procedure was unsuccessful, and he passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones. His loss has left an unimaginable void in the lives of those who loved him. For many years, this family has faced significant financial hardship due to serious and ongoing illness affecting the entire family. Both Gabriella and Jacqueline are disabled and relied heavily on Viorel’s strength and presence. His sudden passing has left them not only heartbroken and grieving, but struggling to meet immediate living expenses during this already devastating time.

We are coming together to support Jacqueline and her mother by raising funds for funeral and burial expenses to lay Viorel to rest with dignity, and to help with immediate living expenses for his disabled wife and daughter. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will make a meaningful difference and help lift a small part of this burden, allowing the family to focus on healing, prayer, and honoring Viorel’s memory.
