It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the tragic loss of our dear friend and co-worker, Vernon Glasford.

He worked side by side with Chris and Francis at New Yorker Contractors for 35 years.

His legacy is woven into every corner of North Shore Towers, from his strong work ethic and warm welcome every time he met you on the elevator or hallway. He treated everyone’s home as if it was his—he had respect and a keen eye with every job, no matter how big or small. His spirit lives on through his work, and we will never forget his sense of humor and smile.

As we come together during this difficult time, we remember him with gratitude and admiration. He will be dearly missed, but his memory will always be part of our hearts and soul.
