In Loving Memory of Vanessa Hess Zimmerer- A Beloved Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, and Friend
Supporting the Family of Vanessa
It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of Vanessa Hess Zimmerer. Vanessa was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished daughter and sister, compassionate nurse, and a dear friend to so many. She leaves behind her husband, David, and their two young sons, who now face a future without her physical presence but filled with her lasting love.
Vanessa was known for her easy-going nature, warm smile, and unwavering faith. She radiated kindness and lived a life grounded in love and service— both at home and in her career as a Registered Nurse. Her strength, compassion, and gentle spirit touched every life she encountered, whether it was a patient in need, a neighbor, or a fellow church member.
Alongside her husband, Vanessa spent her days working the land on their family farm, raising their boys with care and intention. She found joy in the simplicity of rural life, always placing family and faith at the center. Her sudden loss has left a space in our lives that can never be filled — a void felt not just by her loved ones, but by an entire community that admired and cared for her.
This GoFundMe has been created to honor her memory and to support David and the boys in the days ahead. Funds raised will help ease the burden of funeral expenses, support the family’s immediate needs, and provide ongoing care and stability for the children as they adjust to life without their beloved mother.
If you feel moved to do so, please consider donating or sharing this campaign. Your generosity, prayers, and support mean more than words can express.
We know Vanessa would want us to come together in love, just as she always did. Thank you for helping us honor her beautiful life.
With love and gratitude,
