Hello Aviation Family and Friends…

It is with a heavy heart that I let everyone know that we lost a legend in our aviation family. Ty Genteman passed away on Wednesday, December 10th with his family by his side. Ty was one of a kind with a huge heart of gold. He and Lydia dedicated so much of their time to helping others in the community and beyond. They are the founders of Connor’s Foundation that has raised thousands of dollars to help children with Down Syndrome and their families. Through Ty’s love for classic (fast) cars, they started Connor’s Car Show back in 2014 to help raise money for these children. This show soon became very popular and grew exponentially each year! Lydia is a full-time stay-at-home mom and spends every hour taking care of Connor and Ty these last few months. Ty was an amazing father and husband; Lydia and Connor were his world. To carry on Ty’s legacy, it is my wish for all of us to come together to help Lydia and Connor maneuver through their next chapter. They deserve this and we all know Ty would be the first one to step up and help any one of us! Your donations are greatly appreciated and will go directly to Lydia and Connor.
