Honoring the Life and Legacy of Lyuba

Hello, my name is Sudan Raphael I am writing this on behalf of my best friend, my absolute heart, Nadia Michel in honor of her mother who recently passed. We honor the cherished memory of Lyuba Vorobeychik, a remarkable woman who was not only a loving single mother but also a beloved member of her community. She was known for her kindness, compassion, selflessness, and lion heart. It is with the greatest sadness that we mourn her passing whilst simultaneously celebrating her life. In memory of Lyuba Vorobeychik I have initiated this fundraiser to support her only child Nadia Michel in numerous ways. This begins with her finishing her mothers footsteps in obtaining a degree from NYU which Lyuba never got to accomplish herself due to giving up her dreams to take care of Nadia. Something Lyuba was not foreign to, putting others before herself always, including animals. Not only did she foster a dozen cats in her neighborhood but she was willing to feed and house all of the additional strays in the neighborhood when no one else would. She not only worked hard to take care of any animal in need she additionally worked her hardest to take care of Nadia and her parents by any means. This meant being a full time nurse working two additional jobs even throughout covid, all whilst finishing up school to get her degree she so deserved. Lyuba Vorobeychik was an exceptional woman and a dear friend to many. Her vibrant powerful personality, contagious laughter, and radiant smile touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was always there to help a soul in need offering support, compassion and love always. Most of all she was always there for her daughter who she loved most on this earth and took every breath for. Nadia has been working a full time job throughout college but she needs additional support, by contributing to this fundraiser we aim to continue her legacy that her daughter Nadia strives to carry. In order to do so Nadia will need all the help she can get to contribute to finishing college with a tuition of $89,000 a year, in honor of her mother and obtaining a degree and make her way to law school. She will also need aid for taking care of her dog and numerous cats along with funeral arrangements and additional endeavors, anything would be kindly appreciated.Together we can make an impact and pay tribute to the beautiful soul that was Lyuba Vorobeychik, thank you.
