For more than 30 years, Terry Eubanks has done far more than teach—she has shaped lives.

Through core, theater, public speaking, and competitive debate at OIS, she has helped generations of students find their voice, build confidence, and believe in themselves.

She created the OIS Speech & Debate program and, as a founding member of the East Bay Debate League, expanded opportunities for students across the region. For more than two decades, her teams thrived—earning more first-place wins than any other school—but her true legacy is the countless students she mentored, supported, and inspired.

Now it’s our turn to celebrate her.
