With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved father, Stanley H. Redner. He was a loving husband, devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend whose life revolved around his family. His children and grandchildren were his greatest pride and joy, and his love for them was constant and unconditional. He showed his devotion through his presence, his protection, and the quiet ways he always showed up for the people he loved most.

As a correctional officer, Stanley was often misunderstood. His job required strength, firmness, and resilience, which could make him appear hard or intimidating to those who didn’t truly know him. But beneath that tough exterior was a genuinely warm, caring, and compassionate man. Those closest to him knew his sense of humor, his loyalty, and his deep capacity for love—especially when it came to his family.

He meant so much to our family and to everyone who had the opportunity of knowing the man behind the uniform. His kindness, guidance, and steady presence left a lasting impression that will not be forgotten.
