Hello, my name is Alvis paulino, I am Rosa Monegro’s eldest son. I created this GoFundMe account because, it saddens me to say that my mother recently passed away on 03/12/25 after battling cancer for four long years. She was a fighter who did everything she could to stay with us, and I deeply admire and appreciate her strength.

Rosa was a very loving mother, sister, and friend who would do anything for the people she loved. Losing her has left a huge hole in my sisters and i hearts. I promised her that i will take care of my sisters, no matter what. I know this responsibility is huge, and the timing couldn't be harder, but I'll do everything I can to make sure my sisters and I are being supported one way or another.

She left behind my two younger sisters, ages 12 and 4, and me 19. I want to give her a meaningful funeral like the one she deserves, but I do not have the financial means to provide for that service. I am responsible for caring for my sisters until I can fully support them on my own.
