Honoring My Grandma's Wishes: Help Matt Defend Betty's Will

Hello friends, my name is Krista Krudup and I am here asking for help to raise money for my father, Matt Krudup. My father is a hard worker, spending over twenty years working at Ford Motor Company and recently becoming a Millwright with the company, he has sacrificed a lot of his time and energy to provide and care for his family. My dad is a carpenter, even when he is not working, at home, he finds jobs to do around the house, building tables and shelves to repainting the entire porch on a random Wednesday, he never likes to sit still for too long, he always needs to find something to be done. My dad is a rockstar, his favorite band being The Who, he can play guitar (even if he says he cannot) and has a deep, emotional love for classic rock and roll that only a true musician would understand. I could talk about my dad all day however the issue at hand and what my family is dealing with goes as follows. A couple years ago, my grandpa, Gary Donoho had a resurfacing of cancer and decided it would be best to move closer to his family for help and support for not just himself but for my grandma, Betty Donoho, as well. My grandparents requested help from the family, my family and my dad's sisters. Making a long story short, my family assisted my grandparents while my aunts were no where to be seen until after the death of my grandpa in August of 2022. My father as well as my family took care of my grandmother until she requested to go back to Arizona, where Gary and Betty lived for most of their life. One of my aunts lived out in Arizona and offered a hand despite not wanting to help before, however we gave her the benefit of the doubt and my father would send money for my grandmother to ensure expenses were paid for her and she had the care and support she needed. My grandmother unfortunately passed away in Arizona in February of 2024. A week or so later after my grandmother's passing, her Will was contested despite clear evidence that my father was the only person on the existing Will and has held the same position on every single Will dating as far as 1997. My father has now been in and out of court since the beginning of 2024 to prove his innocence. I am here asking for help because as a daughter, I am obligated to help my father, I provide help where I can from mundane tasks around the house to emotional support, however it is unfortunate that money is a necessary evil in this situation. We would appreciate any donations that people can spare and for people to share our story. ♡
