It is with profound sadness that we share the sudden passing of our beloved Marisa Marie Boyle on December 13, 2024.

Last month, Marisa was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma, an aggressive and incurable cancer. In her determination to fight for more time with her loved ones, she chose to undergo an extremely high-risk surgery—the only chance to potentially become cancer-free and return home to her children, family, and friends. Despite her incredible strength and resilience, complications arose after 20+ hours in surgery and a subsequent emergency procedure lasting over 3 hours. Tragically, Marisa’s body went into hemorrhagic shock while in the ICU, leading to her sudden passing.

Marisa was a fighter through and through. Her love and devotion to her daughters, Evalise (6) and Everleigha (5), were her guiding light and the reason she made this courageous decision. Her girls were her entire world, and she did everything in her power to give them the future they deserve.

Now, Evalise and Everleigha are in the loving care of Marisa’s mother, with the support of her siblings and extended family. We are humbly asking for donations to help ease the financial burden during this difficult time and to ensure her daughters’ futures are provided for. Any contribution, no matter how small, is deeply appreciated.

Marisa was a deeply loved mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. Her absence leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the love and laughter she shared with those around her. The family is incredibly grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this unimaginably hard time.
