This week, our family experienced an unimaginable loss. Our beloved, Marcos “Jr” Martinez, passed away suddenly at just 29 years old. Jr was not only a son, brother, and friend—he was the oldest cousin in our small family, someone we all looked up to. He always gave the best bear hugs, like his dad, and smiled like his mom.

His younger sisters, Madison and Mia, have been faced with more heartbreak than anyone should bear, losing their mother, father, and now their brother all within a single year. At just 10 years old, Mia is now being raised by her older sister Madison, who is stepping into this role with strength far beyond her years.

Our family is doing everything we can to support them, but they need help—spiritually, emotionally, and financially—as they navigate this painful time and the enormous responsibility placed on Madison’s shoulders.
