Honoring Liz: Support Matt's Memorial Reception

Friends and family:

As you all know, on June 24, 2024, Liz Charles Brigham, the love of Matt’s life, went home to be with the Lord, and is now forever at peace. Matt, along with us all, will be celebrating her life and legacy on August 10, 2024. It will be a time for sharing memories, reminiscing and supporting each other but, most importantly, Matt during this time of need.

He will be holding a reception following the service that same day which will be catered to include taco/burritos and margaritas which were Liz’s favorite (im sure we can all agree, everything is typically better with tacos and margs). A few of us decided to carry this particular responsibility for him and cover the cost of the reception (HE DOESNT KNOW SO DONT TELL HIM BECAUSE HE WILL SAY NO AND THIS IS A GIFT)

Ive spoken to the restaurant and the plan is this:

The restaurant will coordinate with Matt on the menu and then connect with me on the bill. We expect around 100 people for the reception so what ever money we raise will go directly (100%) to that. If there is any overage, we will give any remaining funds to Matt for him to use as needed (additional costs, donate in Liz’s honor or however he deems appropriate).

You are being included in this because you know and love Matt and Liz and I know You would want to participate, whether you can be there in person or not.

Every dollar counts, every amount is valued and he will feel your love and care through this gesture.
