Honoring Jennifer Harris: A Loving Mother

hello everyone, i am Antonia Griffin. i know you’ve all heard the unfortunate news about my mother Jennifer Harris the manager that was murdered by her employee. I understand that you all are interested in giving and raising money for her family, which is why we made a gofundme. I also would like to take the opportunity to honor my mother and let you all know how great she was despite all of the negative things being said about her. we know our momma loved us, she was all we had and we were all she had! my mother was kind to others! she was a woman of God, she served in church as an usher, she always found joy in volunteering to feed the homeless & give schools supplies to students going back to school, she loved giving, donating and helping others! i know there’s a few mcdonald’s customers who can even say my mother gave them things out of the kindness of her heart. i know there’s other employees who knew how kind my mother was and knew she clocked into mcdonald’s every morning for her kids! she was a boss! she was the strongest woman i knew, my leader. she was so kind and caring! it hurts knowing my mother died at work so she could provide for us. i could only imagine how my mother felt being stabbed in the face! but i know my momma. i know she left this world peacefully but left a bunch of shattered hearts behind. my mother always lived by the Golden Rule which is “to treat others the way you would like to be treated”. she wasn’t no bully she hated when her own children were bullied. my mother chose love not hate. she was attacked for doing her job! and left to die alone but God showed up for my mother immediately! the suspect was captured immediately and couldn’t even flee the scene. my mother literally went to corporate prayer & bible study the night before! i know my mommy is in a better place now, with our God and justice will be served for her! the amount of pain, hurt and confusion me and my family are going through is unbearable. we appreciate and accept any help all 6 of us. thank you!
