We are raising funds for the Hart family as they navigate an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking chapter. Bryan has been diagnosed with Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD), a rare, aggressive, and fatal form of dementia that progresses rapidly and leaves very little time to prepare emotionally or financially.

Bryan’s condition has declined quickly, and he is now in hospice care. As his loved ones rally around him, they are doing everything they can to make his days comfortable and dignified.

This fundraiser is to support Bryan’s care and help relieve some of the unexpected costs the Hart family is facing, including:

Hospice and in-home support services

Medical equipment and comfort care needs

Time off work to be with Bryan

Travel and meals for family members coming to say goodbye

Funeral planning and future needs
