Hello Friends,

If you know me, then you know my beautiful boy, Jacob, died April 30, 2023. I was fortunate enough to find an organization 6 months later that has been a literal lifeline for me and so many others experiencing grief. Gloves for Grief is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Irvine, CA. Over the past year, I have grown with this organization and become a board member, the writer for their blog The Journey, a Certified Grief Educator, and facilitate their online support group. This year, we are having our 1st fundraising event.

In honor of what should be Jacob’s 25th Birthday on July 6th, I am raising money to put together a basket for our event’s silent auction. If you knew Jake, you know his passion for all things Star Wars and video games. I would be so grateful for any donations to help purchase an Xbox and games/online memberships to make a Gamer-themed basket in Jacob’s name for the auction. Thank you!
